Over the years I have built relationships with local farmers, distributors and companies who share my vision in providing customers with flavorful, high-quality products that are made with ingredients produced using simple sustainable farming methods.

As a food enthusiast, I have a great passion in finding out how various dishes can stay true to their origin without jeopardizing the quality of taste, and the benefits of using local organic, sustainable products whenever possible.

I'm inspired by the fresh ingredients around me and I draw ideas from the traditional flavors I grew up with as well as newly discovered flavors. As a child my Mother and Grandmother taught me the importance of carefully choosing quality ingredients and the taking the time to prepare each meal. Quite naturally, when I decided to come up with a fun snack I wanted to follow the same principles.

In order to fulfill my goals I follow a few simple rules: Use local, organic, quality ingredients whenever possible. Introduce customers to new flavors by giving conventional dishes a twist. Create products that speak to customers in a robust, full-flavored way. Be grand without being over the top. Carefully educate customers about our product items. I personally believe that each of you should know why I choose the ingredients I choose, and where those ingredients come from. There is a huge taste difference and hopefully you can taste my labor of love. Its my personal gift to you.
